Apparently Evan likes surprises. Not only did he and Abby become engaged while he was on holiday with her, but he sat on this information until he found the right moment in #gah. Bigbiff was away from the channel for some time, only to return engaged as well. Congratulations to both of you. If you happen to see either of them around, you might want to extend well wishes to them. :)

OpenPGP key uploads work properly now, and so do blurbs. Image upload works properly on account creation, and the IRC bot — a "modified" version of Tom's rbot — in #gah is finally keeping track of who's around.

Hi everone. The image upload should work properly now, although it may not work properly when you first create your account. But you can always upload your picture on your settings page. Other changes include some minor wording fixes and some changes to the admin section suggested by Richard.
