Q. When, how, and why was #gah started?

A. #gah was created by attyz (aka zytta) in March 2002, in response to a power grab in #e. Many of the original #gah members had been members of #e for several years.

Q. Who's in charge here?

A. There isn't anyone in charge per-se, although we do have a handful of channel operators who keep an eye on the channel and attempt to maintain some semblence of order.

Q. What does +v mean?

A. In time-honored #e tradition, +v is the mark of the lamer.
